Corebook° Studio vs Brand Owner plan
For agencies, finding the right plan to complement your workflow can be a challenge—especially when maintaining your clients' brand guidelines well beyond the handoff is key. Here’s a quick guide to help you determine if Studio, one of the Brand Owner plans, or a combination of the two is the best fit for your needs.
Pricing
Studio stands out from other Corebook° plans with a unique feature: a lifetime license. This means a one-time purchase gives you unlimited access to the platform without any ongoing monthly or yearly fees. That said, some agencies opt for a monthly subscription first, allowing them to test how Studio integrates with their existing tools before committing to the lifetime option.
On the flip side, Brand Owner plans operate exclusively on recurring payments—either monthly or annually, depending on your preference. Unlike Studio, there’s no lifetime license option available for these plans.
Note: Studio plan (monthly or lifetime) can be paired with one of Brand Owner plans to unlock exclusive Brand Owner plan features.
Pricing Summary:
Studio Plan:
-
Lifetime License: A one-time payment for unlimited access—no recurring fees.
-
Monthly Subscription: Option to test the platform before upgrading to the lifetime license.
Brand Owner Plan:
-
Recurring Payments Only: Available as monthly or annual subscriptions, without a lifetime license option.
-
Can be paired with Studio plan.
Features
With Studio, you unlock the ability to create as much as you want brand projects and share them through personalized, but Corebook° branded links. This gives your clients an easy way to explore and interact with everything you’ve meticulously built for them. On top of that, you can bring your entire team into Studio, making collaboration smooth and straightforward. Together, you’ll be able to kick off new projects, manage all ongoing agency work, and keep everyone aligned.
Studio also comes with exclusive perks like custom page templates, which can be reused across any project—saving you both time and effort. Plus, the global cross-brand clipboard feature lets you easily move or copy modules between projects, making your workflow even more efficient.
On the other hand, the Brand Owner plan is designed exclusively for single-brand projects, meaning each additional brand project will require its own separate license. With this plan, you can replace the default Corebook° branded link with a custom URL (e.g., brand.your-domain.com). Additionally, you have the flexibility to toggle between public access and password-protected access—either for the entire brand guidelines project or specific pages of your choosing. Starting with the Brand Premium plan, you'll also gain access to SSO integration, enabling anyone with your company email address to securely access protected content. This feature simplifies internal sharing while maintaining robust security.
The plan also includes viewer accounts and access links, allowing you to manage precisely who can view your content and for how long. Need to share just a few pages with an external partner? Simply set permissions, ensuring the rest of your content remains private and secure.
Both Studio, and Brand Owner plans support Asset Library and Brand Asset Management features.

Brand Management
Studio is designed to streamline the client hand-off process. Once you've completed a brand project for a client, shared it via a personalized link, and finalized any feedback or revisions, you’re ready to transfer ownership. You can easily do this by heading to the brand settings within the editor menu. Simply input your client’s email and select the Change Brand Owner option. The brand will then move from your account to theirs. Clients won’t be required to upgrade immediately but can explore and select the Brand Owner plan that works best for their needs.
If you’re managing brand guidelines on behalf of a client, think about upgrading the project to a Brand Owner plan yourself rather than handing it over. With this upgrade, you can bring others on board as editors for that specific brand project while keeping your other Studio projects separate. It’s a secure setup that lets you collaborate closely with your client and build a lasting, private partnership.
Regarding the Brand Owner plans, if you're acting on behalf of a client, the handoff process remains unchanged. However, you have the option to set up a custom domain and invite the client as either an editor or viewer prior to the final handoff.
